What do you do all day?
I manage the Service Desk, which means it’s down to me to make sure that our customers get prompt and efficient service, and the right engineer to deal with their query. I also get stuck in with some of the more complex queries, help with longer-term projects, and mentor and manage the Service Desk Team to keep our engineers at the top of their game.
What are you good at?
I’ve got a lot of experience of different systems and networks, so I’m good at getting people excited about technology and what it can do for their business.
What did you do before Stripe OLT?
I was a Senior IT Consultant at a similar company before joining Stripe OLT.
