Following the recent COVID-19 developments and disruption to business all over the UK, we have dedicated a number of our engineers to a free IT helpdesk to aid unsupported SME’s who have been effected.

Please note this 1st line IT support is on a best efforts basis, we are able to help with basic IT  issues, such as:

  • Emails and website browsing
  • Installation of applications

We do not guarantee that the guidance given will produce the necessary results for you and/or your business. Any and all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to those relating to satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. Stripe OLT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses suffered by you as a result of your use of this voluntary service, provided that it has not acted with wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
